Our turn-key, pre-made Portable Demo Stations let you host tastings or cooking demonstrations in your place of business. They feature all the professional appliances you need in as small a space as possible including a 36" Viking Electric Cooktop, a 3.3 cubic foot U-Line Refrigerator, and a Viking Convection Oven/Microwave Combo. There is an optional model with 110V Induction Cooktops in case the 220V required for the Electric Cooktop is an issue. They are finished with a laminate for light weight and easy cleaning. The Butcher Block countertop has OPTIONAL side and front folding sections to dramatically expand your counterspace to the left, right, and front. The front overhang (not pictured in above video) is perfect for placing stools for spectators. They all fold down for easy storage of your Portable Demo Station within a 66" x 30" footprint. The "Total-Lock" brake insures that the swivel caster will not turn when the wheel is locked, making the station totally immobile for extra stability. The wheels are non-marking rubber.
